In addition to soaking deep into your wood to ensure thorough protection, this finish also offers mildew protection and is resistant to any form of precipitation. During installation, simple spread the stain across your boards, allow it to sit, and wipe the excess clean. Reapply every several months or few years to reinforce the protection, if desired.
